Mysterious new friend.

Suki stumbles into the hi-tech lair of a mysterious figure who watches the beach buddies from afar.  Meanwhile, new romances are blooming under the Orange County sun, and Scott gets a great job as a surf instructor.  Chardonnay causes drama with the new girl, but can Suki keep the peace?
